Oven-Grilled Bream with Herbs and Lemon

Golden, juicy, and rich in omega fatty acids, this dorade dish is more than a meal — it’s a nourishing ritual that supports glowing skin, gut balance, and sharp mental focus.
Ingredients:
3 whole bream (dorade), cleaned and scored
1 leek
1 onion
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
8 garlic cloves
1 sprig of sage
5 sprigs of fresh basil
1 lemon (with skin), chopped
Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp ghee (or olive oil)
Fennel seeds & cumin seeds (a dash)
Chili peppers (optional)
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Method
1. Blend leek, onion, ginger, garlic, herbs, lemon, and salt into a smooth paste.
2. Rub the paste generously over the fish. Add ghee, fennel, cumin, and black pepper.
3. Bake at 220°C for 10 minutes, then reduce to 180°C and cook for 10–15 minutes until golden and flaky.
4. Garnish with basil and serve with quinoa, fresh salad, or grilled vegetables.
