Shipping

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post.

Switzerland 2–4 business days — Free on orders over CHF 50, flat rate CHF 9 below.

European Union 6–10 business days — Free on orders over CHF 100, flat rate CHF 15 below.

Rest of World 8–12 business days — Flat rate CHF 30.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your ritual on its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every product you bring into your ritual. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

To start a return:

• Email us at zalina@zalinaswissorganic.com with your order number and reason for return
• Once approved, send your item back in its original packaging
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method
